La Familia in partnership with Sacramento County Department of Health, Sacramento Native American Health Center, Health Impact, Latino Economic Council and UC Davis Health will be providing FREE COVID-19 Vaccinations to the community.
Our community COVID19 vaccination clinics are open to anyone regardless of insurance, ability to pay or legal status.
Below are the scheduled dates when La Familia will hold Pop-Up Community Vaccination Clinics either onsite or mobile clinics:

What do I bring with me?
Bring a form of ID that includes your name and date of birth on it (e.g. driver license, consular ID, passport) and Wear your mask.
